The Pioneer Quilters Guild is a non-profit organization dedicated to the growth and knowledge of quilting techniques, patterns and the history of quilt making.
We meet monthly on the first Monday of each month at the Shepherd of the Sierra Presbyterian Church on Barton Road in Loomis. (Except July, and September’s meeting is the last Monday in August.) We snack and begin socializing at around 6:30 pm and the official meeting starts at 7:00 pm. We share ideas, learn from speakers and each other, work on community service projects, enjoy camp, and showcase our work in our annual quilt show. We invite you to join us!
Our membership is limited to 175 with a waiting list for prospective members as needed. Members are expected to support the activities of the Guild by voluntary service to the Guild, such as participation in fund-raising activities, serving on committees, assisting in community service projects, and attending a minimum of 5 meetings per year. If interested in becoming a member of our family, please contact our membership team.
