Quilt Show Vendors

Our 2020 Quilt Show will be held at the Roseville Sports Center, located at 1545 Pleasant Grove Blvd., Roseville, CA on November 14-15, 2020.  The show hours are Saturday, November 14 from 10:00am – 5:00pm and Sunday, November 15 from 10:00am-4:00pm.

Set up for vendors will be on Friday, November 13 from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and, if needed, Saturday, November 14 from 7:00am – 9:30am.  The show opens promptly at 10:00am on Saturday, November 14, 2019.

Please note the following:

  • Vendor applications are due no later than August 1, 2020.
  • You will be notified of our selection by mail.   Your check and application will be returned by mail if we are unable to accommodate you.
  • Cancellations will be accepted no later than October 1 and must be in writing to the Vendor Chair.  After that date, the fee is non-refundable unless we have an acceptable alternative vendor on our waiting list.
  • We are requesting that each vendor provide one door prize.  This must be an actual prize and not a discount applied to a purchase in your booth or shop.
