We have two Retreats scheduled each year. The next one, our Summer retreat, is July 25-28, 2019.
Both are held at the Lincoln Memorial Veterans’ Hall, 541 5th Street, Lincoln. Times are Thursday-Saturday, 9am-9pm and Sunday 9am-4pm.
For $50 you can attend all or part of the time.
Bring everything you need to set up a comfortable work station for yourself. Bring project(s) to work on. Tables and chairs are provided…or for your comfort you can bring your own chair. Bring you sewing machine, your own sewing table, extra lights – but no irons over 100watts. We’ll have several cutting and ironing stations for everyone’s use. We also provide dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, and you can bring snacks for yourself or to share if you’d like.
Registration for the 2019 Summer retreat is being done through Eventbrite and, because of the retreat’s popularity, is limited to active Pioneer guild members. It is by invitation only. The invitation was sent to all members through GroupWorks on May 15. (Please contact Diana Meier if you did not receive your invitation.)
Registration will open at 9am on Wednesday, May 22. The first 60 will be accepted; any beyond 60 will be on the waiting list. Eventbrite will tell you where you are in the registration process. If you are registered for the retreat, please send a check for $50 made payable to the Guild (or PQG) to Diana Meier. Her address is in the membership roster.
